The problem itself lies in the delicate area, so care must be taken when using the cream. It is recommended to follow the following sequence of steps:

1. Wash your hands thoroughly, cleanse the outer skin and affected areas inside the canal with a soap solution to remove traces of defecation.
2. Let the clean areas dry or blot with a clean, dry cloth (better not to use paper ones, as they may leave fiber particles after them).
3. Apply a small amount of cream on the fingers and distribute inside and outside directly on the hemorrhoids. There is no point in applying a lot of product, as it has a concentrated composition. In addition, it forms the thinnest film on the surface to protect against pathogenic microorganisms and bacteria, which will prevent further absorption of the components, reducing the effectiveness of the drug.
4. Wait until the cream is completely absorbed, if necessary remove the excess with a napkin.

Depending on the stage of hemorrhoids, the course of treatment can last from 15 to 30 days, it is necessary to apply the cream twice a day, in the morning and in the evening. In this case, a single use of the agent for 10-15 days is enough to normalize the condition and prevent further development of the disease.
